王冬冬，男，博士，讲师，主要研究方向为天然活性物质与构效关系。2018年毕业于西北农林科技大学化学与药学院化学生物学专业，获博士学位。2018年10月至今任食品科学与制药工程学院讲师，主讲《有机化学》、《无机及分析化学实验》。2019年4月任山东益康药业股份有限公司科技特派员。近年来以第一作者在《International Journal of Biological Macromolecules》、《Research in Microbiology》、《Glycoconjugate Journal》、《International Journal of Molecular Sciences》发表论文4篇，合作发表论文多篇，申请专利2项。
