顾宝,女,博士,讲师。主要研究方向为果树抗逆分子生物学育种及果实品质形成机理与加工利用。2022年博士毕业于西北农林科技大学。主讲《食品化学》与《食品分析》。以第一作者在《Plant Molecular Biology Reporter》、《Scientia Horticulturae》等期刊发表论文2篇。
